As part of the Columbia University last semester studio, Levrat Studio developed a theory related to the relation between the Virtual, the Visual and the Physical environment. Dubai was selected as the site of exploration. Through a partnership with Techno-Park the students designed their new headquarter, a 6 million square feet, 50 stories multi purpose office and conference space.
 
Design studio for third year graduate students at Columbia Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. Full development of a theory and a design strategy, based on the materialization of representational techniques. Two project have been selected for further design development.
